Responsibility

Supply Chain Transparency

How we grow, pack and ship — and how we hold ourselves accountable.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Our commitment

Exporting Egyptian fresh produce since 1975, we believe every buyer should know exactly where their fruit comes from — and under what conditions it was grown, packed and shipped.

2. Certified production

Our packhouses and supplying farms are audited against GlobalG.A.P., GRASP v2, BRCGS Food Safety, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001, with SMETA social audits and registration with Egypt’s NFSA.

3. Lot-level traceability

Every carton carries a lot code traceable to the farm, harvest date and packhouse line. Any buyer can verify a lot in seconds — no account needed.

4. Labour & human rights

  • We follow the ETI Base Code: freely chosen employment, safe working conditions, fair wages and no discrimination.
  • Zero tolerance for child labour, forced labour and modern slavery — in our operations and across our suppliers.
  • Workers have access to confidential grievance channels without fear of retaliation.

5. Grievance mechanism

Concerns about labour, ethics or food safety can be raised confidentially at [GRIEVANCE EMAIL]. Every report is reviewed by senior management.

6. Environment

  • Water-efficient irrigation and monitoring across supplying farms.
  • MRL compliance tested per destination-market regulation.
  • Recyclable packaging options and continuous food-loss reduction in the packhouse.
